Article 1 – Organising Company

Absolution Cosmetics SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €178,178.90, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 503 418 865 (SIRET No. 503 418 865 00054), whose registered office is located at 30 rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as the "Organising Company" or "Absolution"), is organising a free prize draw with no purchase necessary entitled "Golden Ticket" (hereinafter the "Prize Draw"), under the terms and conditions set out in these Official Rules (hereinafter the "Rules").

Article 2 – Purpose and Principle of the Prize Draw

As part of a commercial partnership between Absolution and the Maison Toufet brand, Maison Toufet has provided Absolution with seven (7) gift cards, each with a value of €200 (two hundred euros), redeemable on the Maison Toufet website.

Absolution will organise a prize draw for its customers to select seven (7) winners from among all eligible orders placed on absolution-cosmetics.com (hereinafter the "Website") during the Prize Draw Period. Each winner will receive one (1) Maison Toufet gift card worth €200, in accordance with the provisions set out in Article 7.

Entry into the prize draw is available in accordance with the conditions described in Article 5, including through a free, no-purchase-necessary entry method.

Note: This promotion is entirely separate from any other commercial offer that may be made to Maison Toufet customers (including, but not limited to, the distribution of an Absolution serum sample). Such offers do not constitute a prize draw and are therefore not governed by these Rules.

Article 3 – Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw will run from 12:00 a.m. (Paris time) on September 9, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (Paris time) on September 13, 2026 (the "Prize Draw Period").

Only eligible orders placed and free entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be considered.

The Organising Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw should circumstances so require, without incurring any liability. Any such modification shall be made by way of an amendment to these Rules.

Article 4 – Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to any natural person aged 18 or over residing in mainland France (the "Participant"), excluding employees of Absolution and Maison Toufet, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse or partner, parents and children).

Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes full, unconditional and unreserved acceptance of these Rules.

Each Participant may win only one (1) prize during the entire Prize Draw Period, regardless of the number of eligible orders placed or free entries submitted.

Article 5 – How to Enter

5.1 – Entry via Purchase

Any person who places an order on the Website during the Prize Draw Period will be automatically entered into the prize draw, regardless of the order value, provided that the order is not cancelled or fully refunded before the date of the draw.

5.2 – Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

In accordance with the regulations applicable to promotional prize draws, any person meeting the eligibility requirements set out in Article 4 may enter the prize draw without making a purchase by sending, during the Prize Draw Period (postmark serving as proof of mailing), a written request including their first name, last name, full postal address and email address to:

Only one (1) free entry per person (same name, postal address or email address) will be accepted throughout the Prize Draw Period.

Postage costs incurred for a free entry will be reimbursed upon written request enclosed with the entry, based on the current standard second-class postage rate, limited to one reimbursement request per household (same name and postal address).

Free entries will be included in the same prize draw as eligible orders placed on the Website and will have exactly the same chances of winning.

Article 6 – Winner Selection

The prize draw will take place on September 28, 2026, from among all eligible orders placed on the Website during the Prize Draw Period and all valid free entries received in accordance with Article 5.2, combined into a single entry database.

The draw will be conducted randomly using a system that guarantees equal chances for all Participants, under the supervision of a representative of the Organising Company.

Seven (7) winners will be selected.

Should any selected entry be found not to comply with these Rules (including incomplete or inaccurate information, cancelled orders, duplicate entries or otherwise ineligible entries), the corresponding prize will be awarded to the next eligible reserve winner selected at random.

Article 7 – Prize

The prizes made available to Absolution by Maison Toufet as part of their commercial partnership consist of:

• Seven (7) Maison Toufet gift cards, each with a value of €200 (two hundred euros), redeemable on the Maison Toufet website (https://www.maisontoufet.com) across the entire product catalogue, in one or more transactions up to the available balance.

The gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and may be used on multiple occasions until their balance is exhausted. After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited without refund or extension.

The gift cards may be combined with other promotional codes, discounts or offers available on the Maison Toufet website. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

The total retail value of all prizes is €1,400 (one thousand four hundred euros).

Article 8 – Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

Winners will be notified individually by email, using the email address provided at the time of purchase or free entry, within 15 business days following the prize draw.

If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within 30 days of the notification email being sent, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. The prize may then be awarded to a reserve winner or, failing that, shall remain the property of the Organising Company.

Gift cards will be delivered electronically by email in the form of a unique redemption code.

Article 9 – Liability

The Organising Company shall not be liable in the event of force majeure or for any malfunction of the internet, computer equipment or software used by the Participant, nor for any loss, delay or misdelivery of free entries attributable to a third party, including postal services.

In any event, the Organising Company's liability shall not exceed the total value of the prizes described in Article 7.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw (including first name, last name, postal address and email address) will be processed by Absolution, acting as the data controller, solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, selecting and contacting the winners, and reimbursing postage costs where applicable.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, each Participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data by contacting contact@absolution.me.

Personal data relating to Participants who do not win a prize will be retained for a maximum period of three (3) months after the end of the Prize Draw, unless the Participant has expressly consented to further use of their data (for example, by subscribing to the newsletter).

Article 11 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any dispute relating to the Prize Draw must be submitted in writing to the Organising Company at the address specified in Article 5.2 within 30 days of the end of the Prize Draw.

Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
