Terms and Conditions of Sale

The offer and sale of products on our website, www.absolution-cosmetics.com, are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products purchased on the Absolution website are sold directly by ABSOLUTION SAS, with a capital of €178,178.90, headquartered at 30 rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 503 418 865, VAT number FR72503418865.

Absolution sells products on www.absolution-cosmetics.com and operates its e-commerce activity exclusively for the end user.

By “end consumer,” we mean any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity. If you are not an end consumer, please refrain from making purchases on www.absolution-cosmetics.com.

All users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable or have parental authorization to place an order on the site. Absolution reserves the right to refuse orders from persons who are not end consumers or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy as defined herein.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended, notably to reflect legal or regulatory changes. Updated terms apply as of their publication date on www.absolution-cosmetics.com.

Article 1 – Prices
Product prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes, excluding handling and shipping fees. Prices are communicated in Euros. A currency converter link is provided for information only.

For orders outside mainland France, you are the importer of the purchased products. For shipments outside the European Union and overseas territories, prices will be quoted excluding tax. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or government taxes may apply. These are not the responsibility of www.absolution-cosmetics.com and are entirely your responsibility. We recommend checking with local authorities.

All orders must be paid in Euros or the equivalent via our secure payment platform PAYPLUG.

Absolution reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.

Article 2 – Orders
For the first order, users must create an online account with accurate personal information and keep it up to date. The contract is deemed concluded when Absolution receives the order form electronically, after verifying the order details.

Before purchasing, you must read these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By submitting the order form electronically, you accept and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the order form.

Article 3 – Validation
Data recorded by www.absolution-cosmetics.com at the time of order validation constitutes proof of all transactions. Payment system data constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Products remain the property of Absolution until full payment is received.

Article 4 – Availability
Product offers are subject to stock availability. Ensure your details (name, address, phone number) are correct. Verify each item and price at checkout. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

Article 5 – Delivery
Absolution ships to all EU countries (except the Netherlands) and worldwide, except Afghanistan, Algeria, Japan, Morocco, Russia, and Turkey.

Shipping fees depend on the delivery method chosen and will be displayed before order confirmation.

After order confirmation and payment validation, products will be delivered via the chosen method (Colissimo with or without signature) to the indicated address. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days. If delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the order and request a refund.

Tracking information will be sent by email. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Upon delivery, the customer must verify the order. Any discrepancies must be reported the same day or by the first business day after delivery.

For lost or damaged products during transport, the customer must notify the carrier immediately.

Article 6 – Payment
Orders shipped in France and the EU are priced in Euros, including VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU will be invoiced excluding tax.

For orders under €1,000, payment can be made online via Payplug, Visa, MasterCard, Alma, or PayPal.

All payments are secure and encrypted. Payments must be made in full, except where installment options are indicated.

Article 7 – Returns / Withdrawal
Under French Consumer Code (articles L221-18 and following), you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without justification.

Products must be returned in original condition (sealed, intact packaging) with the invoice and any gifts/samples. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Absolution will refund the order amount, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Opened, damaged, incomplete, or unsealed items cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Used face or body accessories cannot be returned.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

You have two years from delivery to claim repair, replacement, or refund for non-conforming or defective products.

Article 9 – Security
Our website is secured with SSL encryption and enhanced protective measures for all sensitive payment data.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, texts, illustrations, and images on this site are the exclusive property of Absolution. Any full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 12 – Liability
Products comply with French law. It is your responsibility to verify import/use regulations in your country.

Images and texts are not contractual. Absolution is not liable for stock shortages, unavailability, force majeure, or external disruptions.

Article 13 – Governing Law / Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Only French courts have jurisdiction.

Article 14 – Personal Data
www.absolution-cosmetics.com collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Data is retained as long as necessary for commercial and legal obligations.
