Delivery options

Shipping fees depend on the delivery method chosen and will be displayed before order confirmation.

After order confirmation and payment validation, products will be delivered via the chosen method to the indicated address. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days. If delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the order and request a refund.

Tracking information will be sent by email. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Upon delivery, the customer must verify the order. Any discrepancies must be reported the same day or by the first business day after delivery, through our contact form. 

For lost or damaged products during transport, the customer must notify the carrier immediately and provide photos.
