Our tips for better sleep

Your skin is experienced skin! It already has fine lines and wrinkles, while smile lines (also known as nasolabial folds) and crow's-feet are becoming more obvious. Your skin is becoming increasingly thinner and starting to sag, with a loss of tone around the jawline, neck and décolleté. You may have some dark spots too.
All of this is due to a reduction in the activity and number of fibroblasts (the cells that produce collagen and elastin), as well as a reduction in levels of hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in the skin.
We tend to use the term "mature skin" from around the age of 45, when the first signs of menopause usually appear.
You need to look after your skin well and give it lots of care in order to maintain its hydrolipidic film, which helps to keep skin nourished and protects against environmental aggressors.

Evens out skin tone, with Poet’s Narcissus. Known for its medicinal properties since ancient times, Poet’s Narcissus helps to prevent and reduce the appearance of dark spots by working to reduce melanin production, for a more even complexion.
Named for its ability to come back to life with the first drop of rain. Rich in polyphenols, it helps to protect against skin dryness while stabilizing moisture levels and the epidermal lipid barrier. It also helps to increase skin's resistance to irritation and improve its repair process. Its revitalizing action can still be felt 48 hours after application.
Smoothes out wrinkles and fine lines, with Pomegranate seed oil. Rich in antioxidants, Vitamins B and C, polyphenols and fatty acids (punicic, oleic and linoleic), this oil promotes skin regeneration and helps skin to effectively fight free radicals. It also improves hydration and strengthens the skin’s protective barrier function.
Rich in antioxidants and chlorogenic acid, Edelweiss is a plant from cold regions that boasts many skincare benefits.
Sleep
You sleep between 6 and 7 hours. Slightly shorter nights can sometimes be felt in your overall energy… and in your skin’s radiance. According to a study published in Sleep (2017), even moderate sleep restriction can influence how vitality and facial attractiveness are perceived. To compensate, help your cells take in more oxygen through conscious breathing: inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 8, and repeat five times. This simple exercise reduces oxidative stress and reawakens your inner energy.
And if your schedule allows it, a 10-minute nap after lunch can restore alertness and concentration, while supporting your body’s overall recovery.
Ultra-processed foods often contain hidden sugars, saturated fats, and excessive salt — all factors that promote skin inflammation and accelerate aging. A study published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (2019) showed that a diet high in refined sugars is associated with more pronounced wrinkles and acne.
Of course, there are times when fast food feels unavoidable… In those cases, a small gesture can make a difference: add a salad, a serving of raw vegetables, or a homemade soup to balance your meal. And if you love comfort food, try making your own burger: artisan bread, crunchy vegetables, homemade sauce — your skin (and your taste buds) will thank you.
