Under French Consumer Code (articles L221-18 and following), you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without justification.

For hygiene reasons, face and body accessories (Gua Sha, Acupressure Tool, Face Roller and Body Brush) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products must be returned in original condition (sealed, intact packaging) with the invoice and any gifts/samples. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Absolution will refund the order amount, excluding initial delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Opened, damaged, incomplete, or unsealed items cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
