The Samphire we’ve used comes from the coasts of Brittany, where it grows on the rocks. Rich in vitamins (A, B2, B15, C), beta-carotene, minerals and trace elements, it’s an excellent ingredient for the skin, but the high phenolic acid content is what gives it its «retinol-like» activity. Unlike retinol, however, it does not irritate the skin. Samphire improves skin thickness, boosts collagen production, and stimulates fibroblasts.

Squalane is naturally present in our skin, but it can also be obtained from olive oil and sugarcane. It is an exceptional emollient that provides deep hydration without clogging pores.
