La Brosse Énergisante is a dry brushing accessory that activates microcirculation and lymphatic drainage. This technique helps boost energy flow, detoxify the body, reduce the appearance of cellulite and tone the skin.

Our Energising Brush is made with copper fibers whose molecular structure naturally contributes to the creation of anions—ions that help accelerate oxygen transport to cells and tissues, thereby helping to combat oxidative stress.

Adopt a natural and effective body care routine for soft, smooth and toned skin. This bundle combines the benefits of dry brushing, exfoliation and hydration with a -20% saving.

1. Dry brushing (La Brosse Énergisante)

Body brushing should always be performed on dry skin, ideally after stimulating the lymph nodes. Movements should be gentle and pressure light.

Always start with the thighs (from the knee towards the groin), then the lower legs (from the ankles towards the knee), then the full legs (from the feet towards the groin).

Then move on to the arms (from the hands towards the armpits), and finish with the abdomen using circular clockwise movements.

Always guide your strokes towards the lymphatic drainage areas (elbow crease, behind the knee and armpits) and towards the heart.

Finally, tap the brush on a towel to clean it, then follow with a quick shower, ideally finishing with cold water for the more courageous.

2. Exfoliation (Le Gommage Corps Éclat)

In the shower, apply the scrub on dry or slightly damp skin.
Massage in circular motions over the entire body, then rinse thoroughly.

This treatment removes dead skin cells and refines skin texture, leaving the skin instantly softer and smoother.
Use 1 to 2 times per month on days when you are not using the brush.

3. Hydration (Le Lait Peau Douce)

After showering, on clean and still slightly damp skin, apply the body lotion all over the body.
Massage until fully absorbed, focusing on dry areas.

The skin is nourished, soothed and left long-lastingly soft and supple.

What are the contraindications for dry brushing?
Dry brushing is not recommended for people suffering from eczema, psoriasis, body acne, shingles, burns or any other skin lesions.

How often should I use the brush?
Ideally every day, but 2–3 times per week is already a very good rhythm.

How long should a dry brushing session last?
5 minutes per day is enough, just before showering.

My skin is dry. Can I apply lotion or oil before brushing?
Dry brushing must be done on dry skin before showering, but you can apply a body lotion or oil afterwards if your skin feels uncomfortable.

Is exfoliation necessary after dry brushing?
Dry brushing already provides a gentle exfoliation, so we recommend using the body scrub on a different day to avoid over-sensitizing the skin.

How often should I use the scrub?
A scrub 1 to 2 times per month over the entire body is sufficient.

Should I apply the scrub on dry or wet skin?
We recommend applying it on dry skin, before showering, as it transforms into a milky texture upon contact with water.
