Birch Sap: the ultimate detox ingredient: Well known for its detoxifying properties, it is traditionally used as part of a spring detox to eliminate acidic waste and toxins from the body, while also replenishing minerals. It contains trace elements, minerals (iron, copper, manganese, potassium, magnesium and calcium), flavonoids and sugars, making it excellent for giving your body a health boost.

The good news is that these benefits also apply when Birch Sap is used on the skin. It detoxifies and soothes, gently removes built-up toxins, and supports regeneration mechanisms, for a clear, healthy-looking complexion.

Spirulina: the superfood superstar: Basically, Spirulina contains everything your skin needs to be firm, smooth and plump! Packed with proteins, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins, it feeds your skin with a diet of high-performance nutrients! Spirulina owes its beautiful bluegreen color to an amazing substance called phycocyanin – a pigment that is also one of the most powerful antioxidants ever identified.

Even more effective than Vitamins A, C, D and E, it reduces free radical activity and helps to protect cells. Both purifying and detoxifying, Spirulina absorbs impurities, tightens open pores, and significantly reduces the appearance of blemishes.

It contains inulin, phenolic acids, polyacetylenes and flavonoids, which stimulate, cleanse, and help to regulate sebum secretions. Burdock also contains tannins, which stimulate blood circulation and effectively fight bacterial attacks, and mucilage, which helps to soothe stressed or irritated skin.

A synergy of active ingredients

Plants and minerals work together naturally! They complement and strengthen each other, for optimum results. That’s why this formula also contains the following ingredients: White Willow, with purifying properties; skin-brightening Licorice; skin-regulating minerals such as Zinc; oxygenating Maté; and essential oils of Mint, Red Mandarin, Myrtle and Cistus.

All our skincare products are certified organic. Our packaging is recycled and/ or recyclable. Our boxes are made from FSC-certified card either without glue, by using a specific folding technique, or partly glued with a food-grade adhesive.

In line with our determination to minimize our carbon footprint, we decided to change the packaging for our masks. Instead of using recyclable plastic, we now use aluminum tubes. This material is totally and infinitely recyclable, and the remanufacturing process uses 92% less energy than the initial process. It’s also an excellent material for protecting the formula inside, so we can keep preservatives down to an absolute minimum.
