I'm so happy with the Pax oil, which I combine with the Beaux Jours Cream! It gives a great glow and has helped reduce pigmentation issues. The scent is a bit unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it. You can also use it on its own on damp skin. It's the perfect oil for sensitive, combination skin with redness—just like mine.
I received this oil as a gift with my order. I tested it on my completely unbalanced skin (redness, breakouts), and within 15 days, I noticed real improvement and much more comfort. How to use
Dispense three drops into the palm of your hands, then rub them together to bring out the scents, then apply with upward smoothing strokes. Always apply to slightly damp skin, for example after misting your face with La Brume Systémique. Follow with your face cream if you wish – and if your skin needs it.
Another way to use it: add two drops of PAX to your usual skincare product to boost the formula! Avoid the eye area.

What are the benefits of CBD on the skin?
This small lipidic molecule belongs to the cannabinoid family and can help significantly with many ailments. It is able to interact with the endocannabinoid system, which helps to regulate the cells in our immune system and is present in the skin.
When CBD is applied to the skin, this mechanism is enhanced and the skin is de-stressed. CBD helps to control sebum production, which tends to increase when levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, go up. It’s also an excellent antioxidant, and provides many skin-support nutrients.
In 2020, the COSING (the European Commission database for information on cosmetic substances and ingredients) rated CBD as an antioxydant, moisturizing, emollient, soothing and anti-seborrheic ingredient. This is why we chose to add this Nature's gift to our magical PAX oil.
For which skin type is PAX oil best suited?
This CBD-enriched oil is suitable for very sensitive/irritated skin as well as blemish and acne-prone skin.
What is a face oil?
A face oil is often composed of vegetable oils rich in fatty acids that act as a shield for the skin, whatever its mood. It can be used on its own or in addition to a cream.
What is the difference with Addiction oil?
PAX oil contains supercritical CO2-extracted CBD with proven benefits on skin inflammation. It is therefore more effective to deeply treat sensitive, irritated and acne-prone skin. If your skin is dry, mature, or you don't have major skin problems, then Addiction will be just fine for you!
Can I use it morning and evening?
Yes, you can use it morning and evening or add 2 drops to your usual skin care product to boost it.
How much should I use?
2-3 drops are enough to enjoy its benefits!
Can I apply it to the eye area?
We recommend using a targeted cream, specially formulated to take care of this fragile area. Use La Crème Réparatrice Regard (wrinkles, loss of firmness) or Le Soin Regard (puffiness and dark circles) to address your skin's concerns.
Can I use it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, CBD is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

The CBD that we chose to use is obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction, and guaranteed to contain at least 98% cannabidiol.Hemp oil: Rich in omega 3, 6 and 9, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E, and amino acids, this light, non-greasy oil is known to reduce redness while deeply nourishing the skin.
Rosehip oil: This oil helps to bind skin cells together. It contains linoleic acid, with softening and nourishing properties, which helps to prevent water loss from the skin. Rosehip oil also improves the appearance of scars and helps to fade dark spots.
Sea-buckthorn oil: The orange color of this oil is due to its high carotenoid content – and carotenoids give skin a natural glow! Sea-buckthorn oil is the ultimate repairing oil. Tamanu oil: The unique composition of this oil gives it excellent repairing benefits. It helps to relieve skin conditions and reduce irritations, accelerates the renewal of skin cells, and moisturizes.
Balloon Vine extract: Also known as love in a puff, the balloon vine is an annual plant rich in alkaloids, essential fatty acids, saponins and phytosterols. It helps to calm irritations and redness.
Purslane extract: Purslane is rich in beta- carotene, macroelements (Mg, K, Ca, Na, P) and trace elements (Fe, Cu, Se), which give it the ability to help heal lesions caused by skin conditions and acne.
PAX also contains Sesame, Hazelnut, Jojoba, Nigella and Sunflower oils, as well as Amyris essential oil (without allergens) and a Rosemary extract.
Like all Absolution products, PAX doesn't contain any synthetic perfume. What you smell is really what you get, and some of the ingredients used (nigella, CBD, rosehip) have a strong olfactive personality. If you have a sensitive nose, it will take a few days to get used to the smell, but we promise it's worth it!
