For more than twenty-five years, Pascale has explored the many dimensions of health, well-being and longevity.

In 2000, she founded Trend Sourcing, a foresight agency supporting beauty brands. Her approach is rooted in a conviction that beauty is intrinsically connected to health — a perspective echoed by traditional Chinese, Ayurvedic and Hippocratic approaches to health and well-being.

Her perspective has been shaped by hundreds of studies and encounters with experts in science and integrative health, as well as by her experience of spas and health centres across five continents.

Pascale discovered magnetism in 1996, during her first training with Anne Van Eiszner, psychoanalyst and sophrologist, author of Le Magnétisme Autrement. She later met Guy Boucardey, a traditional magnetist, healer and bonesetter from her family in Haute-Saône, who confirmed the practice that had been passed down through her maternal lineage. Having worked with more than 12,000 people, he trained Pascale alongside him in 2023.

Pascale is also a coach, trained at L’Académie du Coaching (2005–2006), and a Kundalini yoga teacher. She has studied nutrition through a naturopathy programme, as well as herbal medicine and psychogenealogy. For thirty years, she has practised meditation, yoga, fasciatherapy and other holistic approaches to support everyday well-being.
